MG America is a recognized leader in supplying today’s finest European-crafted processing, packaging, inspection and material handling equipment to leading pharmaceutical, nutritional, OTC and medical device companies located throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. The company takes tremendous pride in the relationships that it builds with its customers, as reflected in the company motto “A partnership for success.”Founded in 1988, MG America is a subsidiary of MG2 in Bologna, Italy and operates from a 20,000 square foot facility located in Fairfield, New Jersey. From this headquarters, the company’s in-house staff provides a range of services including: Sales support Field service Spare parts Machine trials for capsule filling equipment, processing and packaging machines, material handling equipment, aseptic and non-aseptic equipment, quality control equipment, and complete line integrations. MG America’s NJ headquarters includes: A Clean Room for trial testing of customers’ products on MG2 Capsule Filling Machines, demonstrations of new technologies and hands-on capsule filler training to augment classroom-based learning. A Technology Showroom for demonstrations and customer training on a range of primary packaging machinery and secondary packaging machinery, as well as material handling and aseptic/non-aseptic equipment. In addition to our own expert technical staff in NJ, MG America is also technically supported by our Italian parent, MG2. The company employs approximately 200 people and owns two production facilities covering 45,000 sq. ft in Pian di Macina di Pianoro and Rastignano, both in the province of Bologna. |
